Cashback Terms and Conditions

'Cashback' is hosted by Card Compact Ltd. 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom.

By ordering a physical or virtual prepaid card ('Card') via https://kingCard.eu/en/order-Card/ customers are eligible to participate in Cashback in accordance with these Cashback Terms. Any statutory or contractual right of cancellation must not have been exercised.

The customer will receive 0.2% of the transaction value as a credit to their Cashback account for each payment made with the Card in accordance with the valid Card Compact  General Terms and Conditions ('Transaction'). This credit account is made available to the customer free of charge as a sub-account of his Card account. A payment of the Cashback beyond this, in particular in cash or to a different bank account, is not possible.

The credit will be issued 30 days after the transaction has been successfully completed. In the event of a chargeback, refund or other redemption up to 100 days after a successful transaction, Cashback already credited will be refunded.

The highest Cashback credit per transaction and month is EUR 15.00.

The credit balance on the Cashback Account can be used for transactions.

Participation in Cashback ends with the effective termination and closure of the Card account. Any Cashback credit that has been credited to the Cashback account within the last 12 months prior to the declaration of termination may be reclaimed in full until the Card account is closed and must be refunded in such a way that the Cashback account has a balance of this amount when the Card is closed. Furthermore, Cashback credit will not be offset against outstanding Card Compact Ltd. claims, in particular fee claims.

From time to time Cashback Marketing promotions may adjust these Cashback conditions, in particular the amount of the Cashback. However, this only applies for the period of time stated in the promotion and does not constitute a claim for permanent adjustment.

Card Compact Ltd. expressly reserves the right to pause, extend, terminate and/or change these Cashback Terms and Conditions. In these cases, the customer will be informed in time by e-mail; the customer will be given a reasonable period of time within which to object to the new Cashback Terms and Conditions. The amended Cashback Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been approved if the Customer does not object within the deadline. In the event of an objection, the customer will be excluded from Cashback.

Card Compact Ltd. is entitled to exclude customers from Cashback who violate or fail to comply with these Cashback Terms and Conditions; provide false, misleading or fraudulent information; use unfair means; manipulate Cashback or attempt to do so. Card Compact Ltd. is entitled - also retrospectively - to deny and reclaim credit already paid out.

Card Compact Ltd. will store and process the collected customer and transaction data only and as long as necessary for the implementation of Cashback. For further information on data protection rights, please see https://kingCard.eu/en/privacypolicy.

If any provision of these Cashback Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
